Communication is paramount to a successful project and we encourage the client’s involvement on all decisions to ensure they are confident in the outcome. By receiving client sign off throughout each stage of the project, we know there will be no unwanted surprises for our clients.

At Studio AE our process is designed to support and guide you through the project. We have noted below the foundation of what you can expect when working with our team:

• An initial meeting (in person, via phone or video conferencing) gives us a basic overview of the scale of your project and what you wish to achieve. Coupled with images/drawings of your space or a site visit, we prepare a scope of work and agreement to work from.

• The conceptual design phase showcases our ideas for your project and ensures both you and our team have the same overall final vision.
• Based on feedback from our concept presentation, we fully immerse in the design development and specifying products, finishes and drawings.
• A full drawing and specification package (for tender, permit and/or construction) is issued to you and your contractor. These are living documents; they will be modified as required throughout the building process of your project to give you an accurate final record to reference.
• As construction begins, we encourage our involvement in site visits and addressing trade inquiries to ensure a very detailed design vision is seen through to the end.
